A website can look the same for months while the business behind it changes. A regular content check helps keep the information useful to visitors.

Check the essentials

Start with contact details, opening hours, service descriptions and links. Read the page as if you were visiting for the first time: is it clear what you offer and how someone can take the next step?

Review older updates

Look for announcements that have passed, offers that have ended and articles that refer to outdated details. Update the information where useful and remove anything that no longer helps the reader.

Make updates manageable

Keep a short list of pages to review and a note of when each was last checked. A small, regular review is easier to maintain than leaving every page until a full redesign.
